CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of their reserved appointment. No shows & same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service amount.
RUNNING LATE
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, you may need to change (such as not receive a blowout or the full service) or reschedule your appointment. We understand that life happens and sometimes running late is inevitable due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances, but please let us know as soon as you can. We work on a back to back schedule and running late causes a domino effect for our entire day. We do our best to communicate if we are running behind, and we appreciate the same.
REDOS/REFUNDS
If you are displeased with your service or would like to make an adjustment, we are more than happy to make any tweaks to your extensions, color, or cut in a timely manner - within one week of your service. Please note that adjustments include: dry cutting, re-toning, root smudging/blending, and/or any agreed upon tweaks. Changing your original hair goals or timeline as discussed in the consultation is not valid/our responsibility.
